Year 7 visited the Picasso Exhibition at Tate Britain in the summer term; despite the short term they produced some exciting sculptures.
Year 8 were influenced by their visit to the David Hockney Exhibition at the Royal Academy. Having already studied the work of the Fauves, the students produced their own highly coloured oil pastels, working collaboratively to produce large paintings of landscapes (on several canvas joined together).
Year 9 have looked at the work of the Cubists to inspire their 3D work.
